We are a full service, multi-discipline (Non Union) Project Management and Industrial Maintenance Company that offers 24/7 on call, emergency service as well as satisfying all your contracting and service needs. Our Head Office in Georgetown, Ontario also houses a large Welding and Fabrication Facility. Currently we have Mobile Crews in many areas servicing many industrial settings.

 

All of our craftsmen are fully Certified Tradesmen that include Millwrights, Industrial Mechanics, Gas Fitters, CWB & TSSA Certified Welders, Machinists, Pipe Fitters, TSSA Certified Technicians who can repair and modify Boilers, Pressure Vessels and high pressure Piping Systems, CAD Designers, Draftsmen and Engineers. Our Service Teams have excellent analytical, trouble shooting and problem solving skills.

 

We offer a strong Project Management Team including Structural, Mechanical and Welding Engineers. Combined with a Planning and Project Implementation Service, covering the Installation, Start Up and Commissioning of Industrial Equipment from a Single Machine to Complete Turnkey Operations. The Development and Implementation of Preventive Maintenance Scheduling Programs to keep your facility running smooth is another part of our curriculum. Our past Projects have included a wide range of manufacturing applications, ranging from Automotive & Steel, Aggregate & Concrete to the Textiles, Plastics and Food Industry (Dairy, Grain, Candy, Juice, Bottling and Pet Food). We are also available on a short On Call basis to help with your Shutdown needs (scheduled or Unscheduled).

 

Safety is always a pro-active priority at D & A Mechanical and each of our Tradesmen are fully certified and recognized in all of the safety disciplines (Forklifts, Man Lifts, Carry Decks, Hot Welding Work Procedures etc.).
