Water table for plasma burning machine which had been loaded onto the truck to transport it to the new home.

This picture shows lifting the tank on to the trailer. The tank itself is 25 ft long and 20 ft wide (we had to take that down to QEW and coordinated between the Hamilton and Ontario Police for escorting).

Here we are at the new site

Backing up water table to new facility, had to cut a hole in wall to fit. We had a 1/4 inch clearance on either side.

Installing fuel burning machine for Champion Graders.

The picture on your left shows where it's going and the picture on the right shows the installation of rails.

Here the machine is on the rail and the water tables are lined up and ready to cut material.

This ESAB Plasma machine was installed in Toronto. The distance between the rails is 20 ft wide by 120 ft long. The rails are levelled at 0 to 0.005 in height and straightness plus they are parallel to each other within a 1/30.

Here is another rail job for a customer in toronto.

This rail is 240 ft long (wow) !!

Same job, floor is a bit off, shim plates to help bring up elevation. Again this is all within 0.005 in.

Rail job in Hamilton

Festoon carrier.

Festoon is a term used for a carriage device which supports the cable and hoses that follow the machine as it runs down the rails.

Here is the machine on the rail and I can push this machine with one finger.

Here is the finished product complete with water tables, rail guards, and plasma working at full capacity. The customer was very pleased.

This plasma machine we had to relocate to another plant.

Here is the back view with 2 water tables

Side view

This job here is for a customer at Rexdale. State of the art plasma bevelling heads. The floor is shimmed to level water tables.

After the shimming is done, we laid down sand to the height of the shims so that the bottom of the water table is supported along the entire length and width. This way there is no sag or distortion in the water tables. Tables are usually level to 1/8 in.
